The Tri-Towers are adjacent to Illinois State’s Redbird Arena and Hancock Stadium, and are also a short walk to Milner Library and Schroeder Hall via the Main Street underpass.
University Housing Services is proud to announce that West Campus residence halls are the first to be renovated.

During official University vacation periods, Wilkins Hall is closed and students must vacate the premises. However, Wilkins hall remains open and residents do not have to vacate the premises during the Thanksgiving break period. Please see the Housing Contract Terms and Conditions for more information.
Refrigerators are permitted in students rooms, provided they do not exceed 4.3 cubic feet or draw more than 1.5 running amps. University Housing Services allows students to bring their own refrigerators, but does not rent or provide them.
The University assumes no responsibility or liability for the personal property of students. This includes damage, loss, fire, water damage, theft, flooding, etc. Students desiring this kind of protection must make their own arrangements for insurance.
