An air-conditioned, 28-story twin-tower complex, Watterson Towers is one of the world’s tallest residence halls and features a food court which offers a wide variety of items and venues. Watterson is designed in suites, an alternative to the traditional corridor-style residence hall.

During official University vacation periods, Watterson Towers is closed and students must vacate the premises. Please see the Housing Contract Terms and Conditions for more information.
Refrigerators are permitted in students rooms, provided they do not exceed 4.3 cubic feet or draw more than 1.5 running amps. University Housing Services allows students to bring their own refrigerators, but does not rent or provide them.
The University assumes no responsibility or liability for the personal property of students. This includes damage, loss, fire, water damage, theft, flooding, etc. Students desiring this kind of protection must make their own arrangements for insurance.
