East Campus consists of Manchester and Hewett Halls. Manchester Hall is a coed residence hall that is close to Milner Library and Bone Student Center. The beds in Manchester Hall can be bunked and the desks are movable.
During official University vacation periods, Manchester Hall is closed and students must vacate the premises. Please see the Housing Contract Terms and Conditions for more information.
Refrigerators are permitted in students rooms, provided they do not exceed 4.3 cubic feet or draw more than 1.5 running amps. University Housing Services allows students to bring their own refrigerators, but does not rent or provide them.
The University assumes no responsibility or liability for the personal property of students. This includes damage, loss, fire, water damage, theft, flooding, etc. Students desiring this kind of protection must make their own arrangements for insurance.
