South Campus residence halls are coed (with men and women living on different floors), and accessible to students with disabilities. South Campus remains open throughout all university breaks during the academic year (this is referred to as nine-month housing). The Southside in Feeney Dining Center offers many dining options and joins these four halls.

Vacation Operation

Hamilton Hall remains open during official University break periods. Please see the Housing Contract Terms and Conditions for more information.

Refrigerators

Refrigerators are permitted in students rooms, provided they do not exceed 4.3 cubic feet or draw more than 1.5 running amps. University Housing Services allows students to bring their own refrigerators, but does not rent or provide them.

Liability

    The University assumes no responsibility or liability for the personal property of students. This includes damage, loss, fire, water damage, theft, flooding, etc. Students desiring this kind of protection must make their own arrangements for insurance.
