During official University vacation periods, the residence halls (with the exception of Hamilton-Whitten and Atkin-Colby) are closed, regular meal service is not available, and students must vacate the premises. The 2008-09 opening and closing dates are listed below.

When Can I Move In?
Student Move-In is a structured process each year! This is in an effort to reduce traffic in and outside of the residence halls in order to make your move in day - a succeessful one. For first year students (in all areas except Hamilton-Whitten and Atkin-Colby), your floor is given a designated day and time frame to move in on Wednesday, August 13th and Thursday, August 14th. For returning students, we prefer you move in on Friday, August 15th or after. If you need to move in beforehand, you can move in during the assigned floor time below. Please follow the schedule below to help make move in day a great one!
