Here, you can actually see what it is like to live in Illinois State's residence halls! These panoramic photos show what the rooms actually look like, as well as how some students have transformed the rooms into their own space.

Atkin and Colby Halls.

All rooms are wired for direct network access via ResNet. Most floors are designated for special interest or academic lifestyles, including Foreign Language, History and Political Science, Honors House, International House.  This hall offers nine-month housing.

Nine-month housing allows South Campus residents to move into their rooms three days before the other residence halls open in the fall and spring, and to remain on campus during all university breaks throughout the academic year—including Thanksgiving, semester, and spring breaks—ending with May commencement. South Campus residents may choose to remain on campus for each entire break period or any portion of a break period. All residents of South Campus are assessed a mandatory $75 per semester charge for nine-month housing.

As with all Illinois State University residence halls, ample study locations are available at this location for students looking for a quiet place outside their room.
