Overall, the Fine Arts Community provides you with the opportunity for academic support, career exploration, and integrated social experiences.
This floor does not require an application. As long as you are a Fine Arts (Music, Art, or Theater) Major or Minor you will be allowed to live in this community depending on availability. If you opt to live on the Fine Arts Community you will be able to select your room on your regular web date. Floor programs and activities are geared toward your academic and career interests, and include opportunities for you to interact with faculty outside the classroom.

- Personal and floor volunteer opportunities to share your increasing expertise in the Fine Arts field with the Bloomington-Normal community
- Opportunities to meet and learn from juniors and seniors who are currently in the School of Fine Arts
Policy
- Residents must have a major or minor in the School of Fine Arts.
- Residents must abide by the quiet lifestyle policy.
Expectations Specific to Art Residents Only
- Art residents must attend two gallery openings per semester
- Art residents must attend one art related speaker per semester.
