- I lost my key and need to have my lock replaced and new keys ordered.
- I know where my key is, but I locked myself out of my room.
- Something in my room or floor isn't working. How do I fill out a work order?

- I want to rent a vacuum.
- I'm expecting a package. Has it come in yet?

Please understand the Roommate Responsibilities and attempt to resolve conflicts with others peacefully yourself. If the problem continues, contact your RA. Your RA will attempt to find an acceptable compromise, and may refer you to one of the contacts below if necessary.
