Camps and Conferences

The Illinois State University residence halls are the ideal place to hold summer camps and conferences. Aside from the easily accessible, clean, and well furnished rooms we have to offer overnight guests, our conference rooms are also fully furnished to meet all of your needs.

University conference housing facilities are available to local, regional and national organizations between mid-May and July. Educational, professional, or religious organizations as well as youth groups and sports clinics are welcome. While campus housing for conferences is available only in the summer months, Illinois State University has meeting facilities which are available year round. Our meeting facilities are equipped with televisions and VCRs.

Please review the Summer Conferencing Planning Guide to assist you with the process of hosting a conference with University Housing Services.
