Summer Conferencing Operations
Student leaders will assist in all operations of University Housing Summer Conferencing Services representing Illinois State University as a provider of quality guest relations. Assistant Conference Coordinators, Conference Assistants and Desk Attendants are responsible for accommodating the needs of over 40 conference groups and over 12,000 guests. Each summer, student leaders are the first and primary contact for conference guests during the conference season May 12 - August 12. The Summer Conference Team assists with the day-to-day operations of the ISU residence halls, conducts administrative conference management duties, and ensures the safety and security of all guests.
University Housing Services presently have the following student positions available:
- Assistant Conference Coordinator
- Conference Assistant
- Summer School Resident Assistant
- Summer Desk Attendant

Completed Summer Conference Application Packets are due Friday, March 21, 2008. Please mail or bring your application packet to the following location:
