The University may grant requests to students who are not required but would like to live on campus. Because University Housing Services must reserve space for students who are required to live on campus, we have a limited number of requests that can be approved. Students wanting to live in Fell/School and Shelbourne Apartments can review detailed application dates for 2015-2016. Returning students wanting to keep their same room can submit application through March 20. New students can submit applications for both complexes starting March 23.
The University requires students to live in university housing their first two years out of high school. Students who fall under the University On-Campus Housing Policy will not be able to register for classes until University Housing Services receives their residence hall contract and initial payment. These regulations are applicable to all students insofar as space is available in University residence halls.
Mounted door knobs, mailbox doors, and room numbers from Atkin/Colby and Hamilton/Whitten residence halls are available for purchase and benefit the University Housing Services Student Employee Scholarship fund. Learn more.
If something in your room or apartment is not working properly, please submit a work order request as soon as possible and a member of our maintenance team will address your concern. Click on "Work Order" on the left side of the Housing homepage to access the system.
